Digital content TEAM
The Digital Content Team is responsible in creating and developing engaging content surrounding the three pillars of the Hub (Food & Agriculture, Fashion, and Waste), and also much more! This includes, but is not limited to, social media campaigns (e.g. Christmas Advent Calendar, online challenges, etc.), infographics and video content, which will motivate your fellow Erasmians to take sustainable action!
As a social media savvy, you will be maintaining the Hub’s social media pages, planning, curating and scheduling posts, and optimizing engagement with the Hub’s audience on relevant and current topics.
The Promotion Team is mainly responsible for creating and implementing promotional plans for all of the Hub’s events, which takes on both online and offline forms. In addition, they will assist in the creation of online content along with the Digital Content Team.
The Promotion Team will be organized such that each member is dedicated to one theme (Fashion, Food & Agriculture, Waste, or General) and will focus on promotional activities and content related to said theme. Therefore, this team will consist of a Fashion Promotion Manager, a Food & Agriculture Promotion Manager, a Waste Promotion Manager, and a General Events Promotion Manager, with each member working closely with the respective committees. Additionally, a Promotion Team Leader will be managing and coordinating the team to ensure all efforts and activities are well-organized and cohesive.
The Graphic Designers/Photographers will mainly work in two ways, (1) collaborating with the Digital Content Team to make and design digital content and (2) collaborating with the Promotion Team for online and offline promotional materials. As part of this team, you also conduct some photo/video coverage for events and activities and have the grand responsibility in maintaining the aesthetic and look associated with the Hub.
For this role, experience with graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop or Illustrator), photography/videography, as well as photo/video editing will be highly beneficial.
The Erasmus Sustainability Hub website is where many students, staff, and also external partners find more information about the Hub’s purpose and our activities. As such, the Website Manager will focus on updating, maintaining, and improving the Hub’s website to ensure clarity and increase awareness about who we are, what we do and how interested parties can get involved!
