Dinner Workshop

After the lecture, we will move on to a cooking workshop. During this part of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to put theory into practice by learning how to cook nutritious, plant-based meals that are both delicious and sustainable. We will explore different cooking techniques and learn how to make creative and satisfying meals using organic, plant-based ingredients. Through this activity, participants will learn how to make informed decisions about the food they eat, and how to make choices that are both good for their health and for the planet. We hope that this event will inspire participants to make positive changes in their daily lives, and to take an active role in promoting a healthier, more sustainable food system for everyone
