This committee works to raise awareness about sustainability in the food and agricultural system and associated consumption culture. They are responsible for managing ESH’s food & agriculture programs and associated events. This committee works as a sub-group called Edible EUR on the topic of regenerative agriculture (in the EUR campus garden) and together with the Erasmus FoodLab on creating food awareness and sustainable food skills. Additionally, the team ensures the cooking space is organized, clean, and vegan only. 

Responsibilities include;

  • Planning a wide range of events related to food & and agriculture such as weekly Wednesday cooking workshops, gardening sessions, workshops & lectures, and other forms of collaboration 

  • Keeping the Food Lab and Hub's space organized for both internal and external usage 

  • Managing Edible EUR’s and FoodLab’s social media platforms
