Alix Keller

Currently, the average individual in Rotterdam discards about 94 kilograms of food waste each year. As an SDG ambassador for SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), I am committed to reducing food waste and developing long-term solutions for our campus and the broader Rotterdam community. I am also focused on promoting sustainable production and consumption practices, as these are essential for addressing hunger and fostering a healthier environment. My project this year consists of raising awareness among students and the university. I also aim to organize workshops that will show people that there are solutions available and that positive change is possible. I hope to contribute to a more sustainable future for all.
