Food & Agriculture

Organize weekly cooking workshops, garden workshops in the campus garden and more.

Time Commitment: 5 hours / week

Perfect for people into cooking, nature, food justice, and don't mind getting a bit dirty.

Marketing & Community

Be the voice, the vibe, and the visual aesthetic behind everything ESH.

Team: 5–6 creative minds supporting each Hub branch
Time Commitment: 4-5 hours / week

Perfect for students into graphic design, content creation, photography, storytelling, and building an engaged campus and the ESH community

Fashion

For the creatives who love hands-on making, upcycling, and bringing people together around sustainable style!

Team: 4-5 members
- Design team (2): Basic sewing/upcycling skills, hosting DIY workshops, and creating sustainable pieces.
  - Perfect for you if: you’re creative, hands-on, and love experimenting with fashion.
- Events team (2-3): Organizing clothes swaps, workshops, styling logistics, and the annual fashion show.
  - Perfect for you if: you’re organized, proactive, and love creating experiences for others.
Time Commitment: 4-5 hours / week

External Relations & Green Careers

Builds and manages ESH relationships with external companies and organisations, running events like the Erasmus Sustainability Days (ESD) to connect students with green careers across energy, food, fashion, tech, and more!

Team: 5 proactive members
- Roles include:
  - events & projects coordinator
  - partnerships & external relations officer
  - green careers officer
  - university & community relations officer
  - team & operations officer
Time Commitment: 4-6 hours / week

Institutional Change

Holds the university accountable, collaborates with EUR stakeholders toward the 2030 planetary health diet goal, and drives systemic campus impact through policy, awareness, and campaigns.

Team: 3 members
- Roles include:
  - Dialogue facilitator to make connections with faculties
  - External communicator who can creatively engage students and staff
  - Event coordinator who can create and manage community events
Time Commitment: 4-6 hours / week
