➡️ About the roundtables:

Join our roundtable event, where you come together with experts from various industries to tackle the most pressing sustainability issues. Industry experts include sustainability experts from Anthesis, Deloitte, Orbisk, NS, PwC, Garanti, Morningstar, Nexio projects, fairfabrics and more. You will have 3 different discussion rounds where we discuss and create insightful conversations on different topics. Each topic will be kicked off with an enlightening introduction of one sustainability expert.

Each table will have a mix of industry experts, a knowledgeable student moderator and students who will exchange ideas for 20 minutes, exploring innovative solutions and sharing valuable insights. After each round, you will switch tables to meet new industry experts and start a new discussion. To wrap up the event, we will have some time for networking opportunities and forging new connections.

NS – Sacha Göddeke-Mulder

Als directeur MVO bij NS is Sacha verantwoordelijk voor het verduurzamen van het NS-bedrijf. Daar zijn er 5 speerpunten die centraal staan om NS te verduurzamen; fossielvrij, circulair, groen en voor en door iedereen. Ook de implementatie van CSRD-wetgeving en -verslaglegging hoort bij haar verantwoordelijkheden. Sacha benadert het vraagstuk van verduurzaming met een bedrijfskundige bril waarbij analyseren, structureren, verbeteren en verbinden centraal staan. Daarbij heeft ze een duidelijke missie: “leidinggeven aan de transformatie van bedrijven van ‘focus op economische groei’ naar ‘focus op het leven’ en dat in de breedste zin van het woord.”

Sacha werkt sinds 2007 bij NS en heeft daar verschillende complementaire rollen vervuld. Sinds 2019 is zij directeur MVO. Voordat zij bij NS aan de slag ging was zij consultant op het gebied van maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen.

Morningstar Sustainalytics – Natalia Almendariz Perea

Natalia is a Senior ESG & Climate Consultant at Morningstar Sustainalytics, with a strong track record of supporting institutional investors in integrating ESG and climate considerations into investment.

She brings deep expertise in sustainable finance, regulatory frameworks, and ESG data interpretation. Natalia is passionate about driving real-world impact through collaborative engagement, and is recognized for her innovative thinking, client-centric approach, and ability to translate ESG topics into clear and actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

Orbisk – Valeria Kolarova

As a Recruitment Business Partner at Orbisk, my main goal is finding the right talent to help us

achieve our mission: reducing food waste. Throughout my career, I've been closely connected to sustainability, especially within the food system, and I've always been focused on ensuring we have the right people to drive that mission

Sustainability Consultant – Ana Bittar 

Ana is a Sustainability Consultant with a passion for driving positive impact through sustainability in all three economic sectors. Originally from Brazil, she studied Business Management and began her career in the ICT and franchise sectors. Pursued a Master's in Global Management of Social Issues at Tilburg University in 2019, and since then, she has worked with a UN agency, contributed to circular economy projects in Amsterdam, and now helps companies improve their sustainability performance through ratings, reporting, and corporate ESG. Her journey reflects a blend of international experience, purpose-driven work, and a strong belief in the role of business as a force for good.

Fairfabrics and Bakkerswerkplaats – Karin Kandt-Reinders

Karin Kandt-Reinders is a social impact strategist, guest lecturer and coach, dedicated to driving sustainable solutions and social change. As the founder of Fair Fabrics, she connects designers and curators with artisans worldwide, facilitating fair and impactful collaborations within a fair chain model. Additionally, Karin serves as the operational director of Bakkerswerkplaats, a social enterprise focused on providing vocational training and employment opportunities to individuals overcoming barriers to employment.

Ecologies – Maria Grazia Testa 

CEO of Ecologies - Systems Thinker, SDG and ESG Strategist, Educator and Transitions Leader 

Maria Grazia Testa is an expert in systemic approaches that enhance compassionate cognitive and behavioural responses. She helps private, public and non-governmental organisations accelerate and intensify their sustainable impact, embracing complexity, and a human centric approach.

She has been running operations in 6 continents, driving transitions for multinationals worldwide, and leading global programmes affecting ecology, people and economy,  in collaboration with the United Nations, the European Commission, local institutions, businesses and civil society. 

To her professional, environmental and societal commitment, she brings expertise in engineering, the circular economy, organisational design, social sciences, and creativity, supporting evolutionary transitions and transformations that reconcile people and planet.
